Good morning, I'm Filipino and currently here in Philippines. I just created a paypal account using my Philippines details and added Philippines debit card to it. I'll be going back to Saudi Arabia later this month. Is it OK to Create another personal paypal account then I will use my Saudi national ID and details and add Saudi debit cards. I will then use it to send money from my Saudi Paypal account to my Philippine Paypal account. Then I will cash it into my Gcash.
