I try to make a purchase, and am blocked with a requirement to review my account. I review my account, and am told by PayPal there is a limitation on my account, and they will try to resolve it. I am then told there is no limitation, so I go back to the intended purchase .. but am requested to review my account - again. Suspecting a 'deadly embrace' I change my password\.. still doesn't work I decide to close my PayPal account. No credit/debit showing, and it isn't doing me much good ... but now I am told that I cannot close my account until I resolve the limitation issue. Come on guys - who writes this Mickey Mouse software? (apologies Mr Disney)
