Hi! Hope you're well. I'm a bit lost here as it's my first time requesting a request through paypal. Here's the thing. I've purchased a tailored size wedding dress on etsy from a store in Sri Lanka. The dress arrived from China and is super different (both from product photo and from actual product photo I've asked the seller before buying) + not tailored to my size. I've requested a refund and the seller said I'd need to pay shipping to return it to China. Which I feel is unfair as it's not me changing my mind, it's the seller pretending to be something they are not. I've opened the dispute with Paypal hoping this would force them to refund me. They basically made the same offer: - Return the dress to China (at my own expense) to get the refund. I need to answer now as they've waited until the very last minute to make that offer (I have only two days left on my case). What happens if I decline the offer on the basis that I don't want to pay the return shipping? Also, is it me or I'm putting myself at risk of not getting refunded if I return the dress to a different country than the one it was supposed to come from?
