Welcome! Thanks for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear there's been some confusion on logging out of all devices that are currently logged in. Here are a few steps to guide you through logging out of all devices you may find useful:
Login to your PayPal account.
Click the Settings (gear) icon.
Click Security.
Click Update next to Auto Logins.
Click Log out of all devices at the bottom
Click Done
