Been a client for more than a decade. My account was permanently suspended for 'suspicion of fraud". I took offence to this so I contacted PayPal to elaborate to at least get some form of clarity as to what exactly happened. I got an arbitrary answer that "all decisions are final". It sounds a tad tyrannical if not completely antithetical to customer service. I am feeling helpless, betrayed by the service provider, insulted from being treated like a criminal and massively inconvenienced as I have come to rely on PayPal for transactions. I am closing my account now and will look for a suitable transaction provider, but I am beyond peeved and will be sharing my experience at every opportunity and on every platform I come across. PayPal, thank you for ending our relationship on such a sour note. (that was sarcastic by the way)
