I want to close my US paypal account because I don’t live there and need to primary email for tbe UK paypal. To close account, I am asked to solve limitations first, e.g. to prove my IS address and to confirm my US bank account. Obviously, I dont have any US cards and didnt live there since 2007. Customer service is useless - they just told me to create a new email. I need my primary email for my activities. I just want to close my US paypal.
