Hi all, my secondary users cannot login to paypal to pay on third-party websites (happened to multiple websites), but can still log in to their accounts on the paypal website. Same credentials used. I cannot find resolution to this issue despite contacting paypal about this before Has anyone has this issue? How did you resolve it? Thank you
