Hi,I received money from a friend but it seems he shipped and now the money is hold for 21 days and I'm in urgent need to use the money. I have tried to add tracking info "order processed"but still I'm being told to wait for 21 days.paypal is referring to me as a seller yet I'm not.please help me get the money sooner.
