Hello, I have been using Paypal to pay for my Aliababa purchases for a while and only yesterday did I run into some problem. As I clicked pay now, the window did not seem to load to the processing page so I clicked it again thinking my phone was lagging or the wifi was slow, but alas both were successful and I my PayPal balance was deducted twice! I contacted Alibaba customer service and they said the second payment failed (but they cannot show the transaction ID of the succesful one) and I will be receiving a refund in 3-5 days. But I am afraid to close the dispute case! Has anyone ever encountered this issue and how did yours go? Should I close the case since I need the items shipped asap as well. Thank you in advance!
