I ordered a google play gift code from PayPal digital gifts. Usually they arrive in 30 minutes. It's been a day so I tried to do a paypal dispute. The dispute center says I need to go through ebay as that's where it was purchased. I ordered through PayPal digital gifts not ebay so it doesn't show in ebay So what can I do now? and isn't it fraud for paypal to say it's ebay
