I accidentally selected the wrong account when sending a user money, and it got declined because I had insufficient funds. I wanted to change it to the correct account with the necessary funds, the payment seems to be pending after being declined. I already removed the incorrect payment account from both paypal and revoked paypal's access through my bank, I also set the correct account as my preferred payment method, I was wondering what additional steps I could take to ensure this payment goes through.
