My account was closed by PayPal. They owe me money and have tried to deposit it into an inaccessible account then it gets kicked back. I’ve repeatedly spoken to representative after representative with no solution. I’ve given them new account routing number and info but their automated system continues to attempt to send to inaccessible account for 8 months. Calling support takes weeks and the matter is urgent. Does PayPal issue checks for money they owe an individual?
