I put money on my PayPal card they sent me in the mail I can't access my money because I did not not my email or password . I called in they gave me my old email that card is linked to . But doesn't do me any good I don't know password or phone #. I reported and got another PayPal card in the mail for a new account with new Gmail . How can I get my money ??????
