We have reported Jesse [removed] to PayPal a number of times and he is still scamming people. His first account was The Paranormal Emporium on PayPal, now it's Spiritual Events. Surely PayPal can tell if he's set up another account as it will be paying into the same bank account. We help hundreds of victims to get their money back from him and it's all through PayPal. He's been scamming now for over 2 years and we have evidence from each person. We have a Facebook group to help his victims. PayPal needs to stop enabling these people.
