I see you're looking to add money to your PayPal account. Currently, the option to add money to your PayPal balance is not available. You don't need to have balance to send payments. If you have a linked card in your PayPal account, the money will be debited directly from your card when you initiate the transaction. To view the services available in your country, go to the PayPal website, click the flag at the bottom of the page, and then click 'See all countries.' In the drop down menu, select your country to see the services offered by PayPal.
