Indonesian here. Trying to withdraw 7 euros from my PayPal to my bank account; can't--it says the amount is below the minimum required. I've actually been having this problem for months, and I've contacted customer support twice--neither times helped; they did confirm that 7 euros is well above the minimum, though. I thought maybe it was an issue on PayPal's side and that I should just wait until it resolves itself; lo and behold, waiting didn't help. So, anyone know what's going on here? Is it really below the minimum and customer support just didn't know their own services? Is it something else?
