Welcome! Thanks for joining the Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear there's been a bit of confusion regarding a recent transaction. PayPal doesn't normally charge an additional fee for a purchase. We may charge a cross-border fee or currency conversion fee, but that will be included in the transaction details and listed as such. I would recommend reaching out to your merchant to see what that additional charge may be.
