How can I close the Paypal app? I do not want to close my Paypal account, just the Paypal app.

Thank you for your help. That makes more sense than the email I received from PayPal. Any ideas how I can get PayPal to refund my shipping fees?

I was promised a shipping refund of $12.80 several weeks ago from Paypal which I have not received. When I call, I get disconnected when put on hold or before I even get connected. I finally get a message saying they will issue a voucher for the total of $12.80, (payment was made by Debit Card) but that I can only use it for the exact amount. (What are the chances of that?) Before I could answer, due to sickness, which was 3-4 days, the conversation was ended. Any advice what I can do? I always get disconnected when I call.

I received a wallet from Vietnam not as described in July 30, 2020 & filed a claim right away. Returned package 9/8/2020, sent tracking info to Paypal that same day. Paypal was to settle claim today. They settled it by turning down my claim of $139.00 because they say I didn't provide tracking info. I have proof that I did and they have it on file. I cannot reach them concerning this because they have closed the case. Please help me in how I can reach Paypal. Thank you, Patricia

I purchased an LV wallet from Etsy in July. Seller was banned from Etsy soon after and seller not answering emails, regrettably seller is in another Country. I filed a claim July 30th and Paypal kept pushing resolution date up. Wallet came today and it's the wrong color. Is there any way to contact Paypal other than thru chat? They're not taking my calls.

I used to have an addy (thought it was Paypal.com/now) that I used to print shipping labels that had nothing to do with a seller or eBay. It had "now" in the addy but when I used what I thought was it, it wasn't. Evidently I have forgotten it, does anyone know the address?

Can someonbe tell me how I can print a shipping label to send a gift to someone? There's no money or invoice involved.
