@firdes    Paypal don't ban you for x1 dispute so there would have been other factors. If the dispute/claim has been closed in the buyers favour then it would be between you and the buyer to sort out.   A buyer can't escalate a dispute until at least 7 days have passed from filing it and most don't file until at least 2 weeks post transaction > then you have at least another 14- 30 days to respond.
