In regards to the promotion, please grab a screenshot of the promotion when reaching out to Customer Support next. You can find a few ways to contact them through our Help Center here. If you haven't tried contacting Customer Support through one of our Social Media channels, I might suggest attempting there. You'll be able to send them the screenshot to review with you right away. Regarding the fact that you were charged twice for the same payment, I apologize that you were advised to contact your bank. I recommend that you file a Paid By Other Means billing dispute and include a statement from both your PayPal Credit account and your bank that shows you were charged at both places for the same item.
