Hello, I bought prescription sunglasses through glassesusa.com and received defective lenses (big gap between frame and lens on one side). I filed a dispute and was denied staying the purchase was not eligible for protection. Why is that? Aren't glasses covered? Is there anything I can do? Can't file a credit card dispute as they shipped my item really late, after 5 months of charging my card/PayPal. Thanks!
