I set up a fundraiser through PayPal, but apparently I can't actually accept the donations to said fundraiser without "verifying" my PayPal account. The primary way to do so is to link a bank account, but this can only be done with an American bank, and I don't currently have a bank account in the US. It seems absurd to me that I am not allowed to actually receive money that has been donated to my fundraiser simply because I do not have an American bank account. How do I get access to my money?
