Looking to reject an incoming request to give money. Doing an online transaction, but conditions of sale were renegotiated and the incoming money is no longer a part of it. My accounts is new and does not have other money, so accepting and then refunding is not a possibility. I want to outright reject the incoming money without any other complications.
