You will see from history 1) you notified me of upcoming payment in advance of the actual payment. Thank you for that, appreciated. 2) On your alert, I authorised your cancellation of payment, in advance of payment. 3) You advised future payment had been cancelled. 4) on checking my account – payment had incorrectly been deducted. 5) Reclaim process began.
