Thank you for your response. I did escalate to claim. I had to do this one time a few years ago... I heard back within a week or so fom paypal. It has now been two weeks and nothing. I am very afraid I am going to loose almost $100 because it seems like nothing is happening. I find it odd to have zero contact from paypal re the claim. Is it typical for them not to contact me until there is a resolution? I have tried to find some way to talk or online chat. It seems from what you say that I must have the app in order to reach a message center to talk to someone. Is this true? What happens if after 30 days Paypal doesn't contact me? What is my recourse? I so appreciate your help. Jan

I asked for a resolution for a product I bought on Etsy because afgter multiple emails there the seller woulnd't respond. Did the resolution route via paypal. Seller still didn't respond. Took it to the next level with paypal (Dispute I think?) Now I am not hearing from paypal! Can't fdind anyway to contact them. Tried the chat, that dfidn't work as the bot said it was "still learning" Feeling like I will never get this solved. HELP!!
