I purchased items online. When they arrived they were not all all what was advertised, in fact they looked like cartoon versions of the pictures online. No joke. I contacted the company which was difficult because they were very duplicitous yet managed to reach someone that told me to return the items at my expense for a refund. I did so and it has been 2 months and no refund. They will not answer my emails. Tried to open a case with PP and it the process did not go well. The form reloaded when I was almost done and made me reenter my password. None of the options define my dispute and are approximations of my issue. Feels like they want to make the process difficult on purpose. PP needs to do a better job with their customer support and not put the onus of declaring inconsistent minutiae on the person making the claim. Why not simply have a button that for dispute a claim that allows me to enter the relevant information and provide proof? Would that be too easy? I just want my money back. Have been wanting to cancel my account and I think this is going to be my incentive.
