I have a person who wants to purchase a drone that I am selling on Face Book marketplace for $8,000. They live outside the USA, I believe it is in the UK. She asked me to send her a Pay Pal invoice to an email address that she will pay. She wants the item shipped to Houston, TX to her partner. Will I be covered by Pay Pal Seller Protection? My concern is: 1. The person paying is not the person receiving the drone. 2. The person paying is outside of the US. 3. Any other concerns I should have?
