@joota Unfortunately, it’s not possible. Ukraine accounts cannot accept goods and services payments, only friends and family and India accounts cannot send friends and family payments only goods and services. Use another way to pay. You’ll need to know someone with a PayPal account who has ability to send/accept friends and family AND goods and services type payments to accept the goods and services payment from you and send a friends and family payment to the Ukraine address or maybe use Western Union.
