This is a statement, not a question. I cannot access my account online because of the absurd PayPal requirement to provide a cell phone number at login to receive texts. Until this ridiculous limitation is fixed allowing other options to receive a 2-factor auth code (like email, voice phone), I will STOP USING PAYPAL ENTIRELY. Call it a boycott if you will. The next time I have to update my payment information will automatically force this outcome anyway.
