Hi, thank you for your suggestions. I have tried many things including the solutions you mentioned. Deleting the app, re-logging in, ... did not work. The notification shows up whenever I registered Paypal as the Payment Method in Coinbase but there is no prompt when I click it. It's been a week and I try again every single day and the app still can't show me the prompt to verify my identity with Coinbase. I am really struggling and hope this issue will be resolved soon.
