I'm not able to transfer funds into my PayPal Balance account from either my linked (and confirmed) bank accounts or debit cards. All attempts result in an error message that reads "We’re having trouble with this transaction Try again with another debit card or bank account OR the Transfer didn't go through". PayPal Customer Service is of no help. They have told me that it may be a security issue with the software and that I should wait 72 hours before trying to add money to PayPal Balance. I waited 4 days before trying again but was met with the same error messages. Any ideas on how I might be able to resolve this issue? Thanks!
