Hi, My Name is levi [removed] and am from Lagos Nigeria, I have registered with Paypal for years but have not made use of my account to transact, I am a writer and a CPA Marketer and I want to making use of my paypal account, but all the times i tried linking my new master card given to me by my bang GTB here in Lagos Nigeria, the card was always declined, I tried another card and they said its not accepted.
