Hello! I am posting this as a last resort since I have had this issue for a long time and I still cannot fix it. I'm attempting to purchase on Steam via paypal on behalf of a friend. She can't make purchases due to her country, she managed to send money to my paypal account and I am trying to gift her games as a workaround. The part where I am hitting a brick wall is the address. I have updated my address on paypal to the country I live in now, which is Slovakia, and Steam has the very same country as a store region. I am able to purchase games through other means, so I don't think Steam is the problem, I'd appreciate if I could get some help here. Any other information that's needed I'll be happy to provide.
