Hello! I would like to know why am I unable to make payments with my PayPal Balance? My recent payment was declined, and I'm not sure what to do. I wanted to contact PayPal directly, but I couldn't find any contact e-mail, and Customer Support Agents are not available. I would really appreciate it if anyone could help me with this. My location is Europe, Croatia. Also, I've already converted the USD to my currency, but the payments are still not going through. Thank you in advance!
