I have waited for over a month for this payment from my client I still haven't received payment reflecting on my account, is it possible to reverse a payment d via PayPal if not how we can go about receiving the payment. I've also been told that I have to pay a fee of R1 500,00 which is a refundable fee. My client forwarded documents to verify this claim of payment but hasn't reflected onto my PayPal account even my bank account, I'd like to inquire if this is legitimate and if so what is the step I can take to retrieve these funds.
