Please ignore my message above, my mistake. All seems good. Problem arose from the fact that it took 8 days for the transfer of funds from my bank account to my PayPal account, and then a further 5 days for my bank to catch up on PayPal payments, so my bank statement appeared to show payments still going out. But 8 days for money to transfer. What a joke!
