I couldn't receive my payment from PetBacker (a service Paypal is the finance intermediary) because Paypal decided I needed to have claimed the payout (which here means clicking a button on an e-mail) I had just asked for. They said they sent the money back to the sender and of course Petbacker said that's an issue with Paypal. Therefore, there is also no register of this transaction in my wallet because it never got to me. So what I actually would like is a channel to get in contact with Paypal because of course the phone doesn't work.
