Hello. Sorry I just now saw your reply, turns out my email notifications went straight to spam... I've already checked everything and there's no other purchase or payment; I also talked to support on webpage and twitter and they just basically said I was wrong and ignored me. On facebook, however, they told me to send a document with my bank account status to [removed] so I did and I'm just waiting for an answer. Is there anything else I can do? How soon can I expect an answer? Thanks
