I have no where else to go because help is limited apparently based on the cou try your from. My problem is that a couple of people have tried to send me money but to no avail. They report back and said everything is fine on their end. My card recently expired so I got a new card and updated it with the old card but I needed to get a code. I've received the code and confirmed the card, but there is still no refund from PayPal of the $1.95 they took from me on my bank account and I'm still having issues with recieveing money. Can someone please help.
