I sold an item but while the payment was pending it was cancelled. The item turned out to be faulty. I gave the buyer options to either send it back or keep.it but reissue the payment. They decided to keep it and reissue payment. They have since deactivated their Facebook account or blocked me, I messaged them on PayPal but received no reply, no payment and no item returned. What can I do now?
