@watsopity File a complaint and report buyer for triple dipping, by explaining the following: “I am reporting buyer abuse on a buyer (include Name and email address on PayPal account if available) who got refunded 3 times: Refund 1) The original PayPal dispute/claim (provide case ID number) was initially ruled in my favor because I already sent a refund (provide transaction ID number) but was later reversed in buyer’s favor. Refund 2) I sent a refund (provide transaction ID number) as a separate transaction because of repeated error messages by using the “Refund this payment” link. Refund 3) Buyer also won a credit card chargeback. My account now is in the negative for double the amount and sent to collections. Please fix.” If you ever get an error message when trying to refund, do not send a separate payment as a refund. Contact customer services to report the error message and ask them to issue a refund for you.
