Hello, I would like to close my paypal account because I recently moved to another country (Hungary to France). Unfortunately you can't change your country just like that and you can't close an account with money in it. Since I have only 0,5 euros left on the account I wouldn't care less if I lose it or not. So what can I do?
I have a French bank account but no Hungarian one.
