Hello ,I purchased a product from sunsky-online. Though i had an account but somehow payment was made as a guest and now when i log in ,i am not able to see the transaction. Seller is not responding to messages or emails.i wish to know if dispute can be raised if needed if payment made as a guest.also how to make the transaction visible in my account. The email i mentioned is my registered email for paypal and i did recieve email also about the transaction but its not showing up in the account
