My brother who live in another country made the account for me in 2016 with his name ofcourse but he never used it, I was the only one using it and never had a problem with paypal until tonight due to unknown reason paypal restricted the account and asked me to resolve the issue by answering a lot of questions about specific transactions as well as adding documents as a proof of making business I tried to change the name first so that my proofs makes sense but it refused, I tried a national ID and also my passport, it refused both!, I have submitted the resolvation anyways and now waiting for their review about it but with refusing every way to change the name i dont see a hope for getting out of this situation specially that there is no direct contact that is possible, there is of money in there that i need to use, it is very frustrating, I hope one of the agent help me out and tell me what should be done, thanks
