Hiya Thanks very much for your replies. Yes copied exactly those details in option 2 and bank says are wrong. Anyways, i just found a small transaction i made using PP a couple of weeks ago, its now showing on bank statement. This means that both my bank and PP are now successfully connected and communicating so i guess im sorted for now. Weird though PP balance never changed from zero and under 'recent activity' a notification of minus that amount sat there and i'm thinking i'm effectively in the red with PP, which was a bit concerning. Its all a lot clearer now though, thanks very much youve been a great help. All the best imma
