I just purchased an online course that teach a forex trading method which is aggressively advertised lately. It is a simple and short course as described in their website, and they did mention there will be no refund for their service and giving the reason as "because what we teach here is a lifetime skill that you will carry with you even if you get a refund." In the beginning I thought it make sense that they make this rule to protect them from bad purchaser who only want a free course. However, once I paid and see what they teach, I instantly can see that it is just garbage and something not worth my time and effort to test any further. Even, their default way to put trading positions, is indeed something a trader should NOT do, although they also mention that we can choose other way. I am sure I will be able to describe in a very logical way why their system is garbage and what has been provided by default will put traders in not profitable positions. The package also comes with their trading tools that linked to their system, which is now I will never use it since I highly believe it is not worth my time to try. Before I purchased, my one question was responded within 24 hours. After the purchase, I then ask for his proof if they have live accounts that consistently trade the way they teach, and... no single reply to my 4 emails. They only send out auto sender email that I am sure by default sent by their system to all new purchasers. With the above situation, am I eligible to raise dispute and asking for refund ? Any advice for this situation would be highly appreciated.
