It appears someone has been able to access our saving online. An unknown person has able to request paypal to be linked to our saving account. They where able to view the 2 micro-deposit and get my account linked to an unkown paypal account.   They have withdrawn a total of $5450.   The problem is 2 folds. First I can not report this dispute online via paypal. As this paypal account is unknown. And I can only report fraudelant claims on a known paypal account. This appears very short sighted on Paypal fraudulant team.   Second. When I setup new payment user via my bank website. It forced me to prompt a 2 step authentication. To verify before payment is allowed. When setting up Paypal access. No 2 step authentication occured. Why does Paypal get special treatment vs a user or 1st time Bpayment force me to perform a 2 step verification. I know this is not paypal problem but my banks.
