I saw this advert on Instagram for an item and went through logging in with PayPal to purchase the item but before I hit the buy button I cancelled it because I realised it was a scam. I even have an email from the website asking me to complete my order that was in the basket as the purchase did not go through. However when I check my credit card I see two payments for the same amount pending on my Credit Card - to PayPal VEAWQ CO LTD - again I did not make the purchase and didn't even hit the buy button so there should be no pending payment. How do I make sure the money doesn't come out?
