Here's the help center article with the steps to update/edit the address. Please be informed that you can’t remove an address until you add a new address and make it the primary address. You can’t remove an address from your account if it’s your credit card billing address. If you’re updating an address that’s linked to a card on your PayPal account, please update your address with your card issuer first. Kindly be advised that you may not be able to change the address on a transaction that’s processed. If you need to use a different address, you need to contact the merchant. You can't change your address to another country or region. Since you're unable to see the option, it might be due to technical glitch. In this case, please clear cache and cookies or try using different browser or device. If you are attempting through the PayPal mobile app and are experiencing difficulty, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if this helps to resolve this issue. Good Luck, Ayesha
