I purchased a gaming console through Mercari and it was not as described when I received it, it was broken and could not be used. I paid through PayPal pay in 4 and had paid all of the payments. I went through the dispute process with PayPal and the seller never responded. I was told I had won the case then the next day, the case was closed in the seller's favor. I went back and fourth with PayPal and received no help from them so I disputed it with my credit card company instead. My CC company credited the money back to my card while they did an investigation. The next day I see that PayPal has taken the payments away and it showed that I owe them for the item in full. They charged my same credit card yet again for the full amount because the CC company credited me the money back. The credit card company has now closed the case in my favor and PayPal still has not refunded me the money they charged to my card the second time. What should I do?
